I would like to buy your graphics...what should I do now?
To request to buy a graphic please use the provided order forms. An email with instructions how to purchase will be send to you.
After your payment, the graphic(s) you requested will be sent to you by email, usually in a zip file, within 24 hours.
I have a commercial site, can I buy your graphics?
Yes, my graphics may be used to decorate commercial sites. For the do's and don't regarding the use of my graphics please read my terms of use.
Which payment options do you have?
I currently accept Paypal payments only, I am a PayPal verified account holder.
Paying through Paypal is fast, safe and easy and a Paypal account is NOT needed. You can pay with any major credit / debit card or use an e-cheque.
As soon as I receive your payment I will send you the graphics you requested.
How does the payment work?
Payment for your order should be completed by you within 48 hours after receiving the invoice, e-cheque's take a bit longer but are usually completed within 2 - 5 working days. Orders not completed within the set time will be cancelled.

You can order by using the PayPal shopping cart, payments through PayPal are one of the safest ways to send money online.
If you don't have a PayPal account, PayPal will guide you through the process of paying with your credit card nice and easy.

Do you offer outlines or lineart packs?
No, I do not create linerart or outlines for sale. My original characters and other creations are only available for sale in Cosmic Handmade Shop, all created by me personally ~smile~.
How long have you been making these graphics?
I started making pixel graphics in 2002 using Paint Shop Pro. It took me a long time to get use to drawing with the mouse and to create presentable graphics. Encouraged by many online friends I Opened in august 2003 Cosmic Handmade to share my work with others.
No outlines, tubes, patterns or tutorials are used to create my work, my most important aim is and has always been to create graphics that are my own designs.
Can I use your graphics to create items for sale?
No, I do not give permission to create derivative works from my creations for sale. My work should not be available in any other format than offered in Cosmic Handmade shop.
What do I get when I buy a pattern?
Patterns are delivered instantly to you by email in .pdf format.
Patterns contain;
- Coloured Picture of the design
- Black and white Symbol pattern chart
- List of thread colours and colour description
- Information and Instructions
How to read and print patterns?
Patterns are delivered in PDF (portable document files) format. To read or print PDF files you need the program Acrobat Reader which can be freely downloaded from the Adobe website.
Why are you not selling these patterns in kits?
All of the materials needed to stitch (threads, fabric, needles etc.) in these patterns are easily found at online stores or at your local craft store.
Although an indication for colours and type of fabric is given, not including the materials gives you the opportunity to experiment with colours and fabric if you like to.
Can I not just buy 1 chart and copy it for others?
No. Freely distribute, giving away or selling is copyright infringement.
